An Antique French, Hand Forged Iron 2-Light, Floor Lamp with Hand Hammered Patinated Copper Trim – Good Antique Condition-Minor Rubs to Iron – Needs Electrification- C. 1900
From France, this hand forged iron and copper floor lamp has an architectural shape to its core design. The iron shapes are ropes, twists, balls, circles, c and s-scrolls. The central pedestal has a ball finial at the top and an acanthus leaf finial at the bottom. The middle portion of the pedestal has 3 graduated tiers of twisted columns increasing in size to the bottom 4 c-scroll legs, mimicking an ancient Roman building design.
