An Antique Oval Brass Jardiniere from France – Denting to lobed motifs and previous restorations to one handle from an old breakage. Circa 1900

This lovely brass jardinière from France has incised and raised motifs of stylized floral sprays, beading, gadrooned lobes, rope twists and more.  The four feet are paws and there are raised lion faces with rings through the mouths for handles.
