This magnificent pair of French cast iron horse heads are made after a pair of original bronzes. They depict horses in motion by the artist’s portrayal of their manes, flared nostrils and prominent veins showing in their faces . They have been mounted on cast iron bases and have been painted brown at some point in their history.

These beautiful horse heads on bases can be displayed indoors or out.Condition:  Minor restoration to ear castings on both. Rubs to paint.
