'Force 15KG'. Gauges on Both Sides

An Antique French Marble and Bronze 15 Kilogram Scale – Age:  Circa 1900
This antique French 15 kilogram scale has gauges surrounded by bronze rings and glass frontages on the front and back of a rectangular shaped carrera marble base.   There are round bronze plates, one for weights and one for the merchandise being weighed rising from the marble base.  These pieces are wonderful as accessories or true scales.

Condition:  Minor oxidation and chips to bronze rings; minor tarnish to bronze plates, minor chips and rubs to marble.
