German Planter/Jardiniere found in France

This is a beautiful German planter/Jardiniere that was found in France. The cast iron piece depicts scrolling acanthus leaves and a palmette design. A bronze plate on the front of the piece reads the following: "W.LOVREK WIEN.LOPERNRINC 13".

In addition to a planter, it can be used as a pot rack or a bed canopy.
