This aged 20th century Italian Ecusson or shield has been beautifully finished in an aged cream, pale tan color with aged bronze, brown and gold highlights.  The ornamentation is the stylized crowned fleur-de-lis, bunches of fruit, vines of fruit, acanthus leaf, gadrooned leaf, and palmettes.  Versatile in it uses, this Italian shield can be used as an architectural accessory anywhere in the home.

Condition:  Purposefully aged with parcel paint finish. Restoration to shield after slight shipping damage from France.
