These antique decorative corbels or beam supports /wall brackets are from Barcelona, Spain.  They have a gold wash over a hollow cast plaster form.  They have two attachments for wall mounting at either side of the top shelf.  The motifs are replicating ancient Roman people who would entertain guests during their feasts.  They are holding the shelf adorned with a central cartouche, bearing a stylized shell at its top surrounded by grapes, volutes with c-and s-scrolls, acanthus leaves, beading and egg and dart ornamentation.  These were often seen in European dining rooms throughout history.  Today, they can be used on walls for holding accessories.
