This 20th century pair of polychromed architecturals from Spain are made of meleze wood. The carvings depict acanthus leaf volutes surrounded by more scrolling acanthus leaves.  These beautiful pieces can be used as wall décor, made into sconces, or used simply as decorative accessories.
