Renaissance Revival Carved Oak Cupboard

This deux corps was made in the fourth quarter of the 19th century. There is a heavily molded cornice with acanthine carving and carved lion-masque ends, above a case fitted with two-over-two cupboard doors. Each is paneled with molded geometric patterns centering a carved masque, raised on block feet, the whole heavily carved in foliate, masque and figural accents. Very good antique condition. Some rubs and wear consistent with age. No Keys. 1/2 of quarter sized round ornamentation missing. We can repair this upon sale.
