Circa 1900 – Condition:  Very Good Antique – Minor rubs to stone
This rare and elegant antique carved stone garden bench depicts reclining cherubs on reclining, elongated c-scrolls centered by a basket of flowers.  At the peak of c-scrolls, the cherub’s wings cross to the front of the bench.  The seat is a platform with scrolls for arms.  All this rests upon two platform bracket feet with acanthus leaf frontages.
Beautiful antique French stone benches are difficult to find.  This antique bench will highlight any garden area it is placed in.
