A Pair of French, Rococo Style, Parcel Giltwood Fauteuils – Condition is Commensurate with Age – Parcel Gilt and Paint with Chips and Rubs-Recently Upholstered-Early to Mid 1800’s

These giltwood fauteuils are in the rococo taste, each with a padded oval back surmounted by a floral and foliate-carved crest, joined by outscrolled padded arms to the seat with a like-carved apron.  This rests upon cariole legs ending in roquillard feet.  These have been recently upholstered in Lee Jofa Lampas Brocade, Cream and Gold.
