Louis XV Style Oak 4 Door Enfilade

H=41 1/8, L=10ft. 5 3/8 in., D=21 1/8

This is a rare French enfilade, with it's length measuring in at nearly 10.5 feet.  The ornamentation is typical of the cabinetmakers of the Lorraine Region.  It has 4 doors with decorated panels in between .  There are 3 drawers under the top.  The decoration is wave scroll, floral basket bouquets, lozenges, a vase with roses and birds atop, leaves and beading.  The far right hand cabinet has 7 drawers which were added at a later time. These were most likely used to store silverware.

This wonderful French buffet would be perfect for an area where a shallow depth is needed. Good Condition – European Oak – Early 1800’s
