The top of this beautiful walnut wood buffet has two insets of rectangles giving interest to an otherwise plain top.  Accents of undulating lines of light burled walnut wood outline all moldings, giving it the appearance of a fine antique buffet.  Ornamentation of half flutes surrounds the top and two long silver drawers (lined with silver cloth) are beneath .  Stepped out fluted pilasters with stylized ionic capitals ending in plinth bases are at either end of the front of the buffet. There is also one at the center separating the two sets of lower cabinet doors.  The cabinet fronts have stepped in frontages on each of the four doors.  There is one shelf in each set of cabinets. The hardware is round, aged brass pulls and is centered upon each door and set of drawers.  There is an extra slotted silver pad for other utensils.

Condition:  Very minor rubs to wood.
