French Henri II Style Single Corner Cabinet

This is an antique French Henri Deux style corner cabinet, constructed of walnut wood. It is in very good condition, except for the top, which has some scratches. This could easily be re-finished. It most likely had a marble top at one point in its history. We believe it to be circa 1890.

This richly decorated antique has fluted pilasters, acanthus leaves, gadrooned lobes, and rosettes. During the time of this antique, ornamentation was copied from Renaissance to Empire styles. This corner cabinet is an excellent space saver for any type of decor.
