An 18th C. Antique Hinged Trunk of European Oak with Fleur de Lys Ornamentation.

This charming tabletop trunk with hinged top having iron strappings has been completely hand carved.  The ornamentation is raised relief fleur-de-lys, diamond point, beading, and a stylized quatrefoil.  It has a finished back and rests upon four block legs. Condition:  loss of wood to back left front leg; minor rubs and nicks.
