A Pair of Antique French Religious Candlesticks – Silver over Bronze – Good antique condition – minor losses of silver; prickets has lost their points – Mid to Late 1800’s

This beautiful pair of small French silver over bronze candlesticks would be perfect as small lamps or candlesticks.  They are in the shape of classical urns with gadrooned lobed decoration on a tripod base. Within the panels of the base are what we believe to be depictions of Jesus, Mary and Joseph.  The base rests upon three pawed feet.
