Antique Spinning Wheel Converted to Chandelier

This 6 light chandelier has been converted from a French antique spinning wheel. It is in good condition and is already wired for American use. There is a brass piece at its center with a W or M on it. The chain is also made of brass. Symmetrically spaced holes are seen along the bottom of the chandelier.
