A pair of beautifully carved and painted bases from Florence

This pair of wooden Italian lamp bases in the shape of urns has hand carved ornamentation of classical ribbon tied drapery swags.  The pale blue and white chipped paint finish gives these lamp bases a look of age with regal rustication.  There are rusted metal bobeches at the top of each and holes have been drilled through the center of the lamps for electrification.

Condition:  Re-Editions -Chips and rubs to paint finish done on purpose, age separation to wood and paint on one base.
