A French Faux Finished Painted Table Lamp with Hand Painted Shade – Re-Edition –Very Good Condition – French Electrification

This beautiful table lamp from Provence has been faux painted over gesso to resemble an aged, oxidized copper patina in various colorations of pale teals, greens, and dark grey.  The shade has been hand painted with scrolling flowered vines and ribbons.  The lamp is representing an architectural corbel or bracket of a volute with acanthus leaves and margent.  The bracket has been placed on its shelf as a base to the lamp.
