Late 20th C. This pair of Italian silver leafed candleholders with prickets will bring a touch of Italy to any area you choose. Often, this aged silver finish would be seen on church candlesticks but only on one side--toward the church congregation. These, however, are completely finished all around. They are urn shaped with gadrooned lobes around their circumference. The thin metal pricket and bobeche allows for a candle to be held in place and catch the drippings.
