These lovely white sconces are the artist’s conception of the beauty of tulip petals.  Three cupped petals arising from the calyx in the forefront hide the single socket for the bulb, while three larger outer petals form the back.  They have been cast in plaster from the original created by Mr. Powell.  Stamped and Signed,  A.
