18th Century Aubusson Tapestry
This Aubusson tapestry was found in a petite private chateau in France. It has the classical landscape scenery with a castle, and abundant teal green foliage. An added green border surrounds the entire tapestry. This piece was originally the right hand section of a much larger tapestry. We had to dismantle it for restoration, and we now have 3 sections in very good structural condition. Please see the other two tapestries if you are interested in a set.
