This whimsical French painting of a Rooster has been painted in thick layers of acrylic on canvas.   He has been painted on a pale grey background  in whites, blacks, reds.   The edges of the canvas have been fringed to imitate a rustic frame.

We found this painting in the wonderful  region of Provence.  This French rooster will add a touch of whimsy to any area. Condition:  Minor flaking of paint.
