Carrara Marble Bench

This is a Louis XV style rococo carrera marble bench. It has elaborate c and s scrolls throughout. Acanthus leaf designs are plentiful along the back corners. The base is that of two female sphinges'. This beautiful bench was constructed from carrera marble, and is from the 20th century. It can be used either as a garden bench or an interior bench. It is quite a striking piece.
