 Pair of Cast Stone Seats from Provence (2 piece)

This pair of painted cast stone seats have a central shell motif on their backs and s-scroll arms. They rest upon a base with s-scrolls and acanthus leaf decor. The back of the chair has an elaborate acanthus leaf design extending to the sides of each chair.

They are in good condition due to some chipping of the paint, and they are circa 1900.
