CAFE DE LA PLACE

"Bar, Tabac, Epicirie, Billiard, Telephone"

This whimsical vintage French painted wooden sign for Café de la Place seems to imply this Café has it all!  It says, “Bar, Tobacco, Welcome to Café de la Place, Open 7 Days a Week, 8 AM to 10 PM, Grocery, Billiards and Telephone”.  The sign is in the cutout shape of a waiter carrying a tray with a bottle and two glasses.  It is painted on the front to replicate a waiter with tray and bar towel over his arm.  The French words are hand painted in different colors over the body.  The sign folds in half for easy storage.
