Signed by the renowned French animalier sculptor, Paul-Edouard Delabrierre, this sculptural grouping depicts a pointer and a spaniel on point as a grounded pheasant attempts to fly away. The bronze has a jade-like color known as patine vert, which Delabrierre was famous for. Presented on an oval black plinth, this is a must-have for any animal lover.

CONDITION: Very good antique condition. Light buildup to bronze. Minor rubs and fleabites to oval plinth. Signed “E. Delabrierre” on plinth, with a placard attached on the front.
