This beautiful silvered bronze table casket is from the Parisian studio of L. Oudry, as noted by the signature on the lid. Dating to circa 1865, the finely cast box is adorned with themes of nature, such as deer, oak branches, and faux vine feet. The interior is lined with a gorgeous tufted turquoise satin with gimp cord.
CONDITION: Good antique condition. Light rubs and cavitations to the bronze, but the silvered finish is immaculate. No key. Minor lifting of gimp to interior upholstery, with very light buildup.
