A marvelous North African chest, adorned with geometric carvings infused with hundreds of iron studs, dating to the 1880s. The rectilinear chest can also be used as a large console, as it is well-constructed and sturdy.

CONDITION: Strong antique condition. Minor rubs and losses. A few of the nailheads are missing or have been replaced. An age separation at a corner has caused the rim along the top to become uneven, but the chest is robust and very sturdy. A conical carving is missing from the lower left leg.
