Hand-carved from limestone from the South of France in the early 1800s, this large trough has a cream hue with areas of brown, black, and gold accents.  The trough would make a wonderful fountain basin or outdoor planter.

CONDITION: Good antique condition.  Inherent cavitations with commensurate losses and buildup.  Minor age separations.  Light presence of mortar on one side from previous installation.  Large drain hole in one side might need to be filled, depending on desired use.  Limestone can change colors with exposure to the elements.  Please contact us for photos of the current patina.
