Manufactured by Bauche in the region of Marne, France, this incombustible cast iron safe dates to circa 1870. The compact safe is easily transportable, with two thick handles on the side. A roundel on the facade swivels to reveal a keyhole, allowing the door to be unlocked, revealing a green felt interior.

CONDITION: Good antique condition. Very light imperfections and fleabites from the casting process. Minor nicks, rubs, and buildup. Light wear to felt interior. The key is not original, but it does operate the lock.
