Description

Hand-carved from Italian vicenza limestone, a robust baluster-shaped base supports this garden or center table. The stone has a deep gray hue with some accents of ochre and white, providing a lovely patina. A beveled undercut emphasizes the geometric shape of the wide octagonal top, which is 3 ¾” thick. The shapely base has deeply concave sides before swinging outwards to form a protruding ring in the middle of the column, above a square plinth with thin recessed molding at the top. Our Italian limestone table is perfect for outdoors, but can also be used inside as a center or dining table.

CONDITION: Very good condition. Very slight losses and rubs. Sections of the stone have visible inclusions and depressions from various fauna and flora. Limestone can change colors with exposure to the elements. Please contact us for photos of the current patina. An attaching bolt is included to secure the top to the base, but it is optional to use it.
