Known in France as a banquette de fenêtre, this hand-carved and hand-painted window bench is in the style of Louis XV. The large bench (over 50 inches long) dates to the 1800s.

CONDITION: Good antique condition. Minor paint and wood losses, with some missing motifs. Light buildup on upholstery. Old restoration to the stretcher (see detail photos).
