Set within giltwood frames, this pair of oval French paintings depicts two hunting trophies. Both displays of game are set within lush vegetation, including verdant trees in front of cloudy, blue skies. In one painting, four birds are depicted beneath a tree branch. The other canvas also has birds, three in total, with a large brown and white rabbit.
CONDITION: Good antique condition. Minor creasing and craquelure to canvases, with a small blemish to the painting with the rabbit. Very light nicks and rubs to the giltwood frames. Rigged for hanging.
