This charming limestone garden bench features a five-inch-thick seat capable of seating two adults comfortably. Hand-carved in Provence, France, the robust seat, which has beveled edges, is supported by a pair of three-quarter pilaster feet. Thick molding adorns three sides of each foot, giving the supports the appearance of being complete pilasters (this technique is known as trompe l’oleil). The stones have a pleasing light gray hue, with accents of cream, brown, and dark gray, making this pilaster garden bench an attractive seating option for a garden, poolside, or even indoors in a mud room or entry hall.

CONDITION: Good condition with intentional distress presenting as nicks and losses. Light rubs to the feet. There are areas of small lichen accumulation on the seat. Limestone can change colors with exposure to the elements. Please contact us for photos of the current patina.
